DELIVERY

 

Web site orders:

• Orders under £30 cost £3.50
• Orders over £30 up to £99.00 cost £4.95
• Orders over £99.00 are free

Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered to you.

For UK next day delivery by courier please call our customer service team on
     0151 678 7086 (Mon-Fri, 10-5pm) to arrange an off-line next day delivery: £7

 

Delivery by courier within the European Union: £9

Delivery to all other destinations: £16

  

Delivery is subject to stock availability.

 

 

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

 

If items do not fit,  please return unworn and in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of purchase.

We will exchange the item (for which there will be a standard postage charge of £4.00) Please fill in the returns form,  with a cheque for £4.00 or fill in card details, please note that exchanges  require a receipt.

 

We cannot accept a returns without first ringing the office for a “returns code” without this code we will not accept the returned goods.

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, please contact us for fault number otherwise we cannot accept item.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange item to be delivered to you.

We cannot exchange items in our 2008 range for our 2009 range and vice versa.

 

Garments purchased as sale items at shows cannot be exchanged or refunded.
