EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope you’re completely happy with your EQUISAFETY purchase, however, if you aren’t, there’s no need to worry.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Just send your item back to us, in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving the goods with a cheque for £3.50, this will cover half the cost of us sending out another item to you by courier.

Please be sure be obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office, you will need this to hurry things along, should your parcel take a while to arrive with us.

RETURNS

If you want to return an item for a refund, please contact the office first and then send the goods back within 7 days of receiving it. Please make sure the garment is in it original state with full packaging.

We will not refund sale items that have been bought at shows.

We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach us, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
